Roots and Circuits is currently hosting monthly workshops after school at Roscoe Wilson Elementary, providing over $1500 in hands-on STEM kits to our very own community. We aim to inspire children in our community to pursue STEM and to provide resources to pursue their passions.
We have also partnered with the Volunteer Center of Lubbock, hosting a workshop for high schools to put together STEM kits that will later be distributed throughout our chapters.
We are also hosting a booth at the annual TTU STEM Core Event on November 4th, where over 1000+ people will attend




Hunan, China
Roots and Circuits has partnered with X tutoring company to raise 10,000 Chinese Yuan($1400), to provide STEM resources to X school. Roots and circuits has also hosted tutoring servies and workshops for the stem kits at X
St. Paul, Minnesota
Roots and Circuits, chapter in Minnesota is focused on hosting tutoring sessions at X library weekly,
Debre Marcos, Ethiopia
Roots and Circuits is currently working with an exceptional student in rural Ethiopia. Biruk is currently a senior in high school and wants to create an RF signal detector system for his school. Unfortunately, he is not able to get his hands on the proper resources for his project. Through Roots and Circuits, we are currently working with Biruk to get him an Arduino, and any other supplies that he would otherwise not be able to get his hands on in Debre Marcos.
